2. Service

roas.fyi is an AI-powered advertising intelligence platform using a usage-based system measured in generations.

3. Accounts

Provide accurate information. You must be 18+. You are responsible for your account security.

4. Generations

• A generation is consumed when Roa generates an image (such as an ad creative or a product-image cleanup); dashboards, syncing, kill/scale signals, grading, audits, briefs, copy, and Ask Roa are unlimited and never counted
• Each plan includes a monthly generation allotment that resets every billing cycle and does not roll over
• One-time top-up pack generations are added on purchase, roll over, and are consumed after your monthly allotment
• Generations are non-refundable once consumed

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use roas.fyi for unlawful purposes or violate Meta or Google terms of service.

6. Advice Disclaimer — No Guarantees

roas.fyi and "Roa" provide AI-generated insights, signals (including "kill," "scale," and similar recommendations), budget and bidding suggestions, creative and website feedback, and analysis for informational purposes only. These are suggestions and possibilities, not guarantees, instructions, or professional advice, and no specific results, performance, return, or revenue is promised. You retain full and final control over, and sole responsibility for, all decisions regarding your ads, campaigns, budgets, bids, creatives, targeting, and website. You acknowledge that advertising results depend on many factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, roas.fyi is not responsible or liable for any outcomes, losses, costs, or ad spend resulting from decisions you make based on the service.

7. Liability

roas.fyi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the service.
