We access your Meta Ads data through the official Meta Marketing API using OAuth. We do not sell or share your Meta platform data. Your access token is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.
We retain your account information and cached ad data for as long as your account is active, so we can show your history and trends over time. When you close your account or request deletion, we permanently remove your personal data and encrypted access tokens within 30 days, except where we are required to keep limited records to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations. You can request deletion at any time at privacy@roas.fyi or via our data deletion instructions.
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies — most importantly a secure, httpOnly authentication cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not sell your browsing behavior or use third-party advertising cookies to track you across the web. Any analytics we run are aggregate and used only to improve the product.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@roas.fyi from your account address and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You can also revoke roas.fyi's access to your Meta or Google account at any time from those platforms' own settings, which immediately stops any further data access.
roas.fyi is a business tool intended for users who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
roas.fyi is operated from the United States and your data may be processed there and by the sub-processors listed below. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of roas.fyi after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
