How to delete your data

You can request deletion of all data roas.fyi holds about you, including any data accessed from your Meta (Facebook) account, at any time.

Request deletion by email

1. Email privacy@roas.fyi from the email address associated with your roas.fyi account.
2. Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
3. We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and email you confirmation once complete.

What gets deleted

• Your account (name, email, login credentials)
• Any Meta and Google access tokens (encrypted) and the ad data cached on your behalf
• Brand profiles, products, creative analyses, generated images, and all other content tied to your account

Disconnecting Meta

You can also revoke roas.fyi's access at any time from your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. Removing roas.fyi there revokes our access tokens. To also delete the data already stored, email us using the steps above.
